Death by Darksper Contest Week... Not by my Hand by Luke's Momma

Today we are featuring our Honorable Mention. This story was amazing and we couldn't not give it props for it's originality. It was a twist on the whole Death by Darksper idea and it blew me away.  

So we each have a little something to say about it, and we hope you run to read it if you haven't already.

Summary: Jasper is bored and needs a 'lab rat' to test if he wants Alice dead. But Edward reads his thoughts and Alice has her visions. There must be a way around both surely? Bella is merely a human of no consequence so why not test his theories on her? It's not as if it will affect him right? Has anyone ever truly known Jasper's and what he is really capable of?

This was an entry fot the Death by Darksper Contest and it honestly
has to be the most original though an concept I have seen. There was a
depth to it that was understated but so easy to follow.

-- Now that was just a fuckin' insult. I mean please. Do they not
realise that I'm the fuckin' God of War? Do they not understand how
many newborns I've actually created an' the strength of will that shit
took? If I couldn't control myself in the heat of battle then there'd
be a whole lot more Goddamn dead people instead of blood sucking
vampires.--

All I can say to that piece of this is *ded* It gave me chills, I
could so picture his face when this was said. The fact that you can
get so into it and have a mini movie playing in your head (well in
mine anyway) was just perfection. It was a great read... the parting
lines will forever be inbedded in my twisted little brain thatnks to
Luke's Momma....


"D'you think I'd lose my shit over some little gal? Some human gal?
That's just a fuckin' insult. I mean please, Peter I'm the fuckin' God
of War!"

Raising an eyebrow he spoke softly.

"I know shit Major. Re-fuckin'-member?"

This o/s stuck with me. It was well-written and surprisingly developed for such a short fic. It was creative and original, and most definitely deserves an honorable mention. And, since I'm on a Peter kick lately, I thoroughly enjoyed his presence.

This fic displays Jasper's gift in a way that I've never seen it used before. His power over Bella is captivating to say the least. This is a chilling story that will leave a huge impression on you in the end. It's dark and dire, but if you're on this blog or in this C-2 then that's what you're looking for. This is one of those stories that will stay with you.

This OS blew me away when I read it. It was so original and just fucking awesome. I loved how Jasper had such an influence over Bella and worked it to get what he wanted. It was just one of those stories that you think you know what is going on until you get to the end and your all "WTF just happened?" and half to go back and read it again, excited. 

This story was so dark and twisted and you didn't even know it till the end. I beg you to read it if you haven't already. It is so worth it and it deserved this honorable mention for being so wicked in it's own very creative way.
