I've been on a Carlisle kick lately and not the sweet, "I'm the Daddy of the Cullen Coven" kinda kick. Nope, it's much more delicious than that. I'm digging what some Fandom authors can do with a deep, dark, troubled Carlisle. Now, with that being said, I find there are different degrees of dark and we've discuss them right here on this blog before, so not every fic we rec will be about an evil, fierce vampire. Sometimes, we feature just a mortal man who may have a few issues and sometimes those issues cause certain "manifestations" in the bedroom that may or may not turn some of us on. That's what I'm talkin' about today!

A few weeks ago, I came across this story and I fell in LOVE! It's mainly an Edward/Bella pairing and I must admit, this Edward is pretty awesome himself. Edward and Bella are a happily married couple but the spice seems to be missing from their sex life. They decide it's time to explore and in experimenting they find that Edward is a natural Dom. Yum!  So, what's a newly developed dominant to do? Seek help, of course!  And, who better than the resident hot doctor at the hospital Edward works in? 

It's been rumored that Carlise has a playroom in his house and luckily Bella has had just enough wine to relax her enough to allow Carlisle to show them around. Sexy times are ahead! This Carlisle is domineering, controlling and knows how to get the maximum pleasure out of his partner. He shows Edward exactly how to please his woman. And, the couple are very grateful. There may even be some scenes where Bella gets to please Carlisle under the watchful and fully aroused eye of her husband. Its all so erotic.

But, its the Carlisle in this story that draws me in. As strong and in control as he seems, and he's written really well, you can feel he longs  for what Edward and Bella have. He admires their relationship and that makes me sad. We've recently been introduced to Esme. Could she be his future? I certainly hope so, because a man like this should not be denied.
