As promised, I wanted to delve into the AH "Jasper kidnaps Bella" fic.

Summary -ALL HUMAN: ALL HUMAN: Bella is kidnapped and forced to be his wife. But instead of terror and fear, she finds peace and love. Can she, with his help, heal her battered past and build a loving future? That is until someone else from her past WANTS her.

This one is very different than Blood Stains. The Jasper and Bella in this fic are portrayed as two very troubled people. Jasper has been in love with Bella since high school and he thinks by bringing her to his remote location and holding her hostage, he'll get her to fall in love with him. Poor, delusional man!

Bella has been abused and raped by her prior boyfriend and has a hard time trusting anyone. The girl has no luck since she's just been kidnapped by Jasper. A sane person would say, "get her the hell out of there!"

I'm far from sane, so I kept reading. And, what I found was, yes, Jasper is delusional and at times, a little unstable, but he genuinely cares for Bella. Now, if this were RL, I'd kinda like him to approach her and ask her on a date instead of bringing her to his house and chaining her to a wall. But, this isn't RL, this is fiction and sometimes, we need to keep an open mind and let the author roll with it.

If you're willing to do just that, you'll find that Jasper isn't all that bad, and even Bella eventually finds herself a little intrigued by him. I'm curious to see how this all plays out. Jasper is slowly started to figure out just how broken Bella is. I'm betting it eventually starts to work itself out, but according to the summary, something dark and dangerous is lurking in the shadows.

The author's writing styles are nowhere near the same and the level of captivity in each story varies. The one main thing both of these fics have in common is...

Jasper/Bella

Summary - After another slip, Bella leaves the Cullen house with red-eyed Jasper. Together they fall prey to the dark and lustful world of vampirism, Blood, sex and alcohol. Will Bella be able to handle the major or will she become just another bloodstain at his feet.

Today we'll take on the AU Vamp fic and when I come back on Friday, we'll tackle the AH story.

This one is only a few chapters in, so its just getting going, but already I like where its headed. We have a strong, powerful Jasper taking on the role of the possessive, domineering vamp. Nuff said? The summary is very intriguing and drew me in immediately. I'm looking forward to the introduction of the "dark and lustful world of vampirism." And, I can already tell that Jasper is going to be quite a handful for Bella. Curious to see if she can handle him, but I have a feeling she'll give it her best...

“Be warned Bella, Jasper changed tonight, I won’t ever be that calm gentlemen you always saw. I never was. Make sure you want this, Bella if you stay with me… us” his large hand swept over to the other Vampires “My brother Peter and his wife Charlotte” Jasper's body seemed to relax minutely as he watched Peter and Charlotte move towards us at human pace. “If you stay with us your life will be different, I won’t force you into anything and I won’t hide. Vampires are different, we are animals, and we run by our instincts. They are strong and you are human. Are you sure you want that Bella?”

In two strides, Jasper had pinned me against the wall. A wave of desire swept through me as he pressed himself between my thighs “Do you think you could handle living with natural vampires” he breathed, he was so close I could feel his entire body against mine. I swallowed thickly, Jasper's eyes were boring into mine, coal black and yet filled with warmth. Pleasure and desire swimming in them, He was right Jasper was gone. This Jasper was beautiful; he was full of power, strength, and confidence, it was intoxicating. With a smirk at me, he moved away to stand next to my warden “Pete, Char this is Bella”.

This fic also includes Peter and Char, and I can't help but notice that Char is more than a little fond of Bella, so I'm thinking a little femme slash is just around the corner? Hmm...

As I said, we're only a few chaps in, but its well written and totally holds my attention. I can't wait for the next update.

Izzy Rec's Conversations With My Killer by Oracle Vas

Sometimes, you find a fic that is so thought provoking - so soul speaking - that it makes all others pale in comparison to it. It makes anything else just not fucking worthy and haunts your dreams, your thoughts, your life. 

This... is that fic for me.

Summary: To me, life was a heartbeat in time and a breath of air. Jasper showed me it was truth, justice, faith, love, and fear. He dared me to be different. He encouraged me to defy the rules of my world and create my own. And on my last day, he took it all.

This fic blows me away. I love everything by Oracle Vas, but this story just grips me in a way I don't think any other has. Her Darksper is the one I think of when I imagine Jasper's darker side. He's so thought provoking - so mysterious - yet, he's also not this bad ass motherfucker that can't be taken down. 

Don't get me wrong, he's powerful, handsome, cunning, you name it, but what makes him so fucking special is his way to make you think about shit like you never would have before. The first 20 chapters are done in Bella's POV. (We do get JPOV later on, so stick with it) So we're only getting her side of the story. She's been thrust onto Jasper for the "good" of the family, but there are dark secrets that all the Cullen's are hiding, including him. 

You can almost see Jasper's fight against "feeling" anything towards Bella. It would be easy to love Bella, but dark shit in his past might keep him from doing so. Not to mention he has own motives for "teaching" Bella the lessons that he shows her.

Alice and Jasper are not mated in this fic, which makes it all the more perfect in my eyes. Not to mention that Alice is not this perfect little angel either. She has her own agenda, and her own dark secrets. I actually like her Alice. (gasp) I know right? 

 Edward and Bella are due to be married, but the longer her and Jasper spend time together, it becomes obvious that her heart is not in it; and Edward's for that matter. There are motives and plans at work here that Bella is slowly shown as she gets to know Jasper. 

He shows her a new outlook on life after figuring out she just might not be the mousy little human they all thought her to be. Jasper is preparing her for the vampire world - or is it something bigger - and uses hard lessons and a dickhead attitude to do it. He doesn't care about sheltering her from the hard truths of becoming a vampire, and does not spare her feelings as their lessons continue. 

Jasper and Bella find an easy (well, not so easy) relationship. They just get each other in a way no one else can. They share things that no one understands, but in a sick twisted way, it brings them together and makes them who they are. 

We signed our names in dirt and talked about death. I dropped you off a roof and pushed you off a cliff. You called me a jackass. I called you disappointing. We were good like that.

Jasper truly is a JACKASS in this story, but he has his moments where his softer side shows, though. It makes everything all the more confusing. Does he love her? Is he using her? Does he even give a flying fuck? You just never know. 

Bella starts out a fucking mess. She's the same weakling we find in the Twilight series, but a few moments of Jasper's unnoticed attention, reveals to him that she's something more just waiting to be discovered. He helps her with that, even if he is a dick while doing it. I love her Bella. She grows a backbone of steal and makes it believable. It's not often I can say I actually like Bella in a fic, but after a few chapters, I grew to love her. 

Oracle Vas has an amazing way of keeping you thoroughly fucking bewildered with the plot. Just when you think you have it all figured out, a monkey wrench is thrown in and everything becomes tangled once again. 

This fic is so beautifully written - so amazing - that I honestly don't know how I make it from week to week waiting for updates. I know this review is very vague, but I wanted to keep it that way. Giving too much away would ruin it for you. We are to the part of the story where revelations are just made and questions are answered, so you're at a good point to jump in and take a look, if you haven't already done so. 

I'm actually highly ashamed that we haven't rec'd this story yet. CWMK's Darksper has to be, hands down, the best Darksper I have ever read. There will never be another for me, because this motherfucker owns my heart, fully and completely. 

Please, go read it and giver her some love. I know you'll be happy you did.

Speaking of Stupid Lauren, she is now standing at the podium, wearing a pink judge's robe with her sparkly gavel in hand.

"Order!" Her bedazzled gavel loudly bangs against the podium ten times before she sets it down and slowly looks around the room to make sure everyone is present.

Lauren's yelling "order" was completely pointless, since you could practically hear crickets chirping outside. The robe is even more unnecessary, but the bitch is plain power hungry and loves showing off her position as Head Hottie of the house.

"As Head Hottie of the UT division of Beta Delta Nu, I now pronounce this meeting as 'in order'!" Someone near the back of the room coughs and Lauren gives her the side eye before continuing.

"I don't know if any of you have heard, but a kidnapper is on the loose. In the past two weeks, seven women have been snatched out of their sorority houses in the middle of the night. There's evidence that there are multiple assailants who attack together, but of course, it can't be proven. In some of the cases, blood splatter has been left behind, which indicates that this kidnapper is violent." The room is filled with panicked yells and screams and I must admit, I'm scared shitless.

I didn't even want to join a sorority, but Renee begged me to pledge the same one that she'd been a member of. I could never say no to the woman—her pout is lethal. So now my life is in danger because of my inability to stand up for myself. I'd met a few awesome women in my sisters, but what good is a few friends when some psychopath kidnaps you with the intention of cutting your body into chunks for his stew?

Everyone silences as the glitter gavel connects with wood twenty times. The room was quiet after eight bangs, but as I mentioned before, Lauren is a loon.

"Order! Order! Order!" More banging echoes around the silent room while the sisters look from side to side, giving everyone else the "this bitch is crazy as hell" look.

"Yes, I know this is scary," Lauren continues after straightening her tiara. "There has been no news coverage because the cops don't want any copycat kidnappers. But we have to be careful, sisters! No unlocked doors or open windows from now on. And until this situation is under control, curfew is now bumped back to eleven o'clock. Anyone who is late will be punished."

Low groans and quiet complaints interrupt Lauren's speech and she huffs in annoyance before banging the crystallized gavel twelve more times. "Anyway! As I was saying... I will be checking rooms at random times and if you're not in your room, the consequences will be dire.

"Now, it was my intention to prohibit any males from spending the night, but Rose convinced me that that was going overboard. After much consideration, I've decided that your boy toys can stay the night with you. Everyone thank Rosie..." Lauren pauses and waits while everyone enthusiastically thanks Rosalie until she tires of it and bangs the gemmed-up gavel.

"Order! Order! Okay, now, if you decide to have male company, you must sign him in and take a picture of his face with the digital camera that is now on the table in the foyer." She points to the little table that is now adorned with a thick book, fancy pen and digi cam.

"This way, all males will be accounted for and if any funny business goes on, we have a physical record of all men that have been in this house. If any man refuses to have his picture taken, kick his ass out. I refuse to compromise the life of my sisters for some asshole who doesn't wanna abide by the rules.

*Just fucking dies laughing* Okay so I know not dark as I usually do but omfg really a crazy ass Lauren and all I just had to -go- there. *snorts* But okay we all know there is different levels of dark so... yeah I know you like it *sticks out tongue*

When he settles between my legs and presses his swollen head to my entrance, I almost weep in relief.

"Yes..."

He slowly slides inside of me and I sigh shakily when our hips finally meet, when he's fully encased in my body. He nearly pulls all the way out, before gently pushing back in. Setting a slow and luscious pace, his hands never pause, constantly fondling and squeezing and pinching while we continuously connect in the most intimate of ways. My legs encircle his back and I pull him closer, needing to feel the hard planes of his skin, to be helpless under the cold pressure of his body.

Lust is heavy in the air, heightening with each second, surrounding me, blissfully suffocating me, and I begin wildly clawing at his back, lifting my hips frenziedly, overwhelmed by my need to be consumed by him.

We begin moving with urgency, his cold length creating indescribable sensations and shooting shockwaves through my body with every powerful thrust. Leaning down, he begins peppering tender kisses across my chest, my neck, my face, until he finally reaches my lips. Our tongues move with intoxicating fluidity, mingling, probing, discovering, and in complete contrast to the hasty pace that our hips have created.

My body is beaded with sweat as I moan and grope and scratch. And although he never makes a sound, I know he feels just as desperate as I do. I feel it in his touch, the way his wanton hands never leave my skin. I feel it in his gaze, the way his eyes are clouded with desire, affection and animalistic need. I feel it in his pace, as his thrusts become more shallow, fervent and sporadic.

The pleasure becomes almost unbearable, building, tightening, titillating. I fight off my release with vigor, not wanting this to end. This can never end. His tongue snakes out, gliding over the flesh of my neck and I shiver as I finally let go, my orgasm rippling through my body, a strangled cry falling from my lips as I'm immersed in waves of sweet rapture.

A pain, sharp and piercing, snaps me out of the erotic fog permeating the room. But I can't scream, my body is numb from shock and I'm helpless as his mouth continues sucking greedily at my throat. I feel his seed oozing out of me while my blood simultaneously trickles down the side of my neck. It's slowly becoming harder to breathe; my vision is growing hazy, toes chillingly cold, body floating with weightlessness...

AND THERE IT IS.............. Did you people really doubt me *points to self* Bwahaha you should have known better but my pretties it only -gets- better and sadistic and just fucking hot.... and did I mention hot? *laughs* So go read and love and *dies*

Summary: Bella is alone once again and trying to outrun the darkness left behind for her. Will she

escape or was she meant for that life all along?

What can I say about this fic? Well, it’s had me in tears, laughing my arse off, shouting at some

of the characters, cheering at dismemberment and screaming at the cliff hangers. And honestly,

DarkNnerdy is the Evil H00r or cliff hangers.

Her Edward is an arsehole of epic proportions, with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. And the

more you read, the more information that is given, the more you hate both him and Alice. The story

kicks off with Bella on the run, trying to outrun the danger the Cullen’s absence is leaving her in,

while at the same time hoping to keep it with her and away from those that she loves.

It doesn’t work.

We also hear from some of the other Cullen’s, the not so sheeplike ones. In other words; Jasper,

Emmett and Rose. Rose goes to great lengths to make sure that Bella is still able to contact them,

that she has some sort of security to keep her head above water. They don’t know what’s coming,

or even that there is someone after Bella. It’s a huge boiling pot of shite that just keeps being added

to as the story goes along. There are times when I honestly don’t know if Bella can take any more,

but my God does DarkNnerdy keep you riveted and dying for the next chapter. And not just with her

addiction to cliff hangers (glares pointedly at DarkNnerdy and her cliff hangers).

Somewhere along the way Peter and Charlotte enter the picture, and let me tell you that you will

be holding your sides from laughing so damn much at the fuckery that Peter and Bella get up to

together! All I'm saying is Wal-Mart and a mobility scooter and a phone. You’ll see.

Her characters are so well written, well rounded and she makes them her own. Her Jasper is so

yummy in all his split personality Jasper/Major glory...and Bella gets them both. She owns him.

Completely.

So with all that in mind, run...don’t walk...over to A Delicate Line and get reading and reviewing.

Trust me, you will not be disappointed!!!

This is a brand spankin' new fic. Only one chapter in, but since I have the pleasure of being the beta, I happen to know where its headed and I think this Jasper is going to be all kinds of sexy, chilling and frightening.

The fic is unique and once you start with the first chapter you'll be sucked (no pun intended) right in. We get Jasper in Major mode right off the bat and who doesn't love a take charge Jasper? He's fierce when protecting his family/territory and I especially like how twolipps portrays him. Just in the first chapter we see that he's flawed and struggles with his very existence. He's going to be complex and deep. I think Bella is in for one hell of a ride.

Here's a brief look at this characterization of Jasper...

I felt the fear and confusion before I could see the source. It was coming from just beyond the crown canopy of the tree line. My senses told me that there was nothing to fear, but after just being involved in a fight for my life and those of my family, I instinctively reacted.

My demon broke free of its internal confines and roared, loud and long, before charging.

"Stop him, they're human!"

Jasper heard his adoptive mother's scream, but the demon did not. I felt multiple arms encircling my waist and the demon mentally fought with Jasper over control of our body. I distantly heard Carlisle's healing bedside voice in my ear.

"Concentrate, Jasper. Listen to my voice. There is no threat here. Cage the demon Jasper; I know that you can do it. Please son." He turned and spoke over his shoulder. "Restrain them, but keep them away from him!"

I could feel the venom pooling in my mouth and running down my chin as I thrashed about, fighting whoever it was that was holding me down. I didn't know how long Carlisle continued his mantra of pleading with me, but it seemed to work, and eventually I could feel Jasper coming back in control.

I felt weak and my throat burned; I needed to feed, and soon.

If you are studiously wondering what an "asshole" fic is, well, I'll tell you. It's where one of the main characters are assholes.

Well, the wonderful @Stitch_cat sent me a link to this beautiful story, well, beautiful to us dark h00rs that is, and I pounced on it. I deliver you....

This is a collab piece by two lovely ladies, Siobhan2006 and Lady Blue Knight, and I must say they are doing a fantastic job. We love darksper here at the DT blog, since of course he is how this whole thing got started, so there was no doubt from the first two chapters that I would rec this story. It is only 4 chapters in, but I can tell this fic will quickly become one of my favorites. Hell, it already has, and the fun is just getting started. 

In my first review, I mentioned to them that I almost ALWAYS read a summary before I start in on a new fic. But I knew @Stitch_cat wouldn't let me down, so I jumped right in. I was blown away by what came next and couldn't put this story down. 

The first chapter has us meeting our heroin, or damsel if you will, Bella Swan *duh* We get to see how she lives her life from day to day. She's your normal college kid, going to school, working, etc, but then we have the end of the chapter where something very unexpected happens. This sets us up for the next few chapters leading us to meeting our "asshole" as we dub him, Jasper Whitlock. 

*This fact alone should be enough, but no, these ladies have more to suck you right in*

He is cold, unforgiving, and damn... smokin' hot. Sounds good right? Well, it is to us readers but not so much for Bella. Not when we find out what he wants from her and just what lengths he will go to go get it. *Trust me, it's not pretty for her, but it is for us, YAY* Bella quickly learns that her life will never be the same. She can never go back to being just a college girl, living an ordinary life. Why? 

Because Jasper now owns Bella. 

Yup, you heard me. Owns. If you want to see how and why, well... you'll just have to read it now won't you? 

This fic is terrifying to the normal person I guess, but for me, I was sucked in and wishing I was Bella. *But we all know I'm nuts* In just these four chapters, Bella goes through hell, with glimpses of what is to come. Things are expected of her from the el Diablo, as Bella dubs him. This very cold *but damn hot* man, who never raises his voice is going to break our girl into giving him what he wants. It's working too. 

*Insert school girl SWOON*

I think the fact that he never yells and always speaks in a commanding but quiet tone speaks volumes about him. He's so confident it hurts. It's brilliant how they use this one small feature to help sum up this man and is his mannerisms. There's no use in him yelling at her. He knows in the end, no matter how much Bella fights him, that he will get what he wants. These girls know their Darksper, that's fucking apparent. 

He does unspeakable things to our girl, some that would have you questioning my sanity *with good reason* on why he's so hot. These snarky women have flat out told us that he won't change. He's always going to be an asshole, but they also assured me that he has a nice side as long as Bella cooperates. That's so generous of them. lol The hard part is getting our girl to play along. 

I for one and in this for the long haul just because he's not going to change his ways.  

Now, I have rambled on and on about how awesome this fic is and how it was thrown into my life. It's your turn to run out and read this story. I can NOT praise it enough. I really can't. We have a shortage of "well written" Darksper fics in the fandom, and it is refreshing to see these girls leaping out on the ledge and dragging us with them with this fantastic story. 

GO... off with you. Read and review my lovelies. I promise you won't regret it. 

 On a side not here, I tweeted and asked if they had a banner for this story and didn't hear back from them, so I made one. *I might have been a little impatient with wanting to rec this* This is an unauthorized banner that neither have seen or approved. Summary: Bella Swan fall victim to kidnapping by vampires. But, what could they possibly want with her? And who is The Major? A/U, rated for strong language, dark themes, lemons and mind violence.


This o/s was writing for The Best Domination Ever competition, and is dark and contains strong language, kidnapping and sexual content. And of course it is Jasper/Bella...


Dark, Dirty and fucking hot, are the words that come to mind when I think of Gemma's O/S. Again, I am proud to say I got a first look at this little jewel before it was fineshed and posted. Gemma is very creative and a very sick puppy. But that being said this O/S is full of a dirty Jasper... need I say more? *smirks*


It is one that everyone needs to read. The things that happen, the expierences, the moments of bliss Bella. There was one part that as I read, I gasped, holding in a moan. (not ashamed one bit either... lol) Most of you will have the same reaction I did, trust me.


Now here is a preview of the dark meeting the dirty... *laughs*




I took a step backwards, deathly afraid of the creature in front of me. There was such menace in his voice and body language. Before I could even register his movements, he had his body pressed against mine and his hand running through my hair. I let out a small squeal of surprise and fear, his smile grew. He pushed my hair over my shoulder and tilted my head to the side, exposing my neck in one fluid, harsh movement. His nose ran along the entire length of my neck and his ice cold tongue flicked out against my pulse-point. I couldn't help the humiliating groan that left my lips without consent.

"So responsive," The Major whispered as he took the bottom of my ear in to his cool mouth. "I like that." Then just as quickly as I felt his presence, he was across the other side of the room. "Sit," he instructed and pointed to the edge of the bed.

I hesitated, far too afraid to move and he let out a growl that made my blood run cold. "Sit or I will sit you!" It wasn't a suggestion, it was a direct order and this time my body obeyed. I ran across the room and sat on the corner of the huge bed.

He moved to stand between my knees, towering over my sitting form. "Rule number one Isabella, you do not hesitate when I give you instructions. What I ask you to do will be for your own benefit or safety. Do not question my decision or try to understand. From this moment, you have no need to think at all, that is my job. I will only act in your best interest, that is my duty."

OMFG, I have missed this blog and both my girls like a mad woman. > It's been hell on me these past three weeks without internet and I have to say a quick thank you to my girls for doing such an awesome job of keeping shit up and running like the porn stars they are. I was worried for about 0.4 seconds I would come back and see some sissy rainbows decorated everywhere, but I have more faith in these ladies than that. They love the dark as much as I do, so thanks for not giving me a mental breakdown when I returned.  

So, since I knew I was going away, I prepared with having my secret dealer of fics send me loads of PDF's on file to download so I could not go nuts with not having anything to read. She knows who she is, and I thank you for saving my life from boredom these past few weeks. 

One of the stories I got was a very dark twisted short fic, that blew me away. I was all up in this story, hanging on the edge of my seat, knowing it was going to happen but was still shocked as shit when it did. I don't know what to rec this under (darksper, darkmett, darkisle) so I went with Darkward since he seems to be the most evil of the bunch from the start.

Summary: Vampires like to play with their food. A campy and kitschy horror short-story that lets the men of the Cullen household be the monsters that Edward always claimed they were. Extremely OOC.

From the beginning, we have Bella and Rosalie traveling home for break from school. No one knows they are coming as it's supposed to be a surprise, so when their car wrecks on the dark, deserted highway miles from town, no one knows they might be in trouble. 

They decide to brave the elements and trek to help, but when they find an overgrown mansion in the middle of the woods, they find horrors unimaginable. Just when you think things will be alright for them, the dark characters decide to come out and play. 

This is a short story, only with seven chapters, but it's a great read and I couldn't put it down, so I doubt you will either. Click the darksper banner above to see just how twisted this tale gets, because it was a wild ass ride. One that I don't get to go on very often and I was so thrilled with this fic, I almost want to put it on the pedestal and admire it under a spotlight.

There are not enough words for me to use to tell you the kind of write Izzy is. She is very good at her interpretation of Jasper and Bella, well the Cullen clan really. So here we get into what I call the shades of Darkness. We all see them as we read or write. You can go from gray to black in the blink of an eye. That is what Izzy does in Bound by Promises.

Poor Jasper's love, life and family are all gone in the blink of an eye. Why? Bella. The chick is trouble no matter what she tries to do. The one thing Jasper has to promise is to always watch out for her and keep her safe. You know he'd do anything for Alice. What Alice wanted Alice got.

Now, I am proud to say I was one of the first ones to preview this fic before chapter 1 was even posted. I was honored by that fact. As I opened my email I had butterflies. Izzy is one of the reasons I am writing so i wanted to give it my full, undivided attention. I pulled the ipod out and started reading. I gasped, chuckled, and cried. I am not one to take my reading lightly. This first chapter had me on the edge of my seat. If I remember right I even yelled at the computer when a few bad things happened. by the end it's total loss and devastation....

Now here is a teaser of Chapter 1:

"We need to form a line, something concrete to keep any of them from pushing through." I knew we had no time to come up with a plan and this was the best I could do on such short notice.

As everyone formed in to a line of sorts, Alice took my hand in hers and squeezed it. I looked down at her and even through the waves of terror; I could feel her love for me. It was shining through and made me love her just a little more for it. I leaned over her tiny frame and took her in my arms, planting a kiss on her head.

"I love you." I told her, sending her all the love I had for her over the years. "Stay by my side and remember what I taught you."

"I love you, too." She said as she hugged me tightly. She was scared over what the outcome would be with the task ahead of us, but I could also feel that same undercurrent of emotions I was curious about just before we left our home.

"Darlin', why are you feeling hopelessness and hope at the same time?" I asked as we waited for Victoria to show herself. She hugged me tighter and breathed me in, but instead of answering my question, she asked one of her own instead.

"Will you make the promise to me that I asked you before we left?" She whispered in to my shirt. Edward looked in our direction sharply and his eyes were suddenly clouded with despair. That look made me want to grab Alice and run as far and fast as I could. Any shred of hope that we were getting out of this alive was smashed with the look in Edward's eyes, and I knew then that we were all going to die.

Before I could answer her, Victoria and her minions came into view through the trees. Her odd colored, flaming red hair stuck out like a strawberry in a sea of ivy. Alice pulled away then, but didn't look at me, instead focusing on the newborns that were in Victoria's tow. I sent out waves of confidence and relaxation to everyone to help everyone focus.

When Victoria saw us waiting for her, she didn't smile or speak. She just hissed and charged, along with her small army of vampires, in our direction full force. Two more wolves came through the tree line and collided with two newborns just before we crashed together in a whirl of snarling and snapping of teeth. I went for the biggest son-of-a-bitch I could find, who thankfully was being trailed by one of the smallest newborns for Alice.

I collided with the monstrosity of what used to be a man, and went for his throat. He was big, but very inexperienced. I on the other hand knew how newborns fought and was able to take a big chunk out of his arm before he threw me off him and into a tree. He was stronger than I, since he possessed newborn strength, but I was quicker and more lethal.

He ran towards me and I dodged to the left just as he got close enough; grabbing his neck and whirling to his back. Sinking my teeth in his neck, I pulled with all my might and the tearing metal sound was loud, along with his screams, as I detached his head. I made quick work of his arms and legs, flinging them in all directions, before turning to find Alice doing the same to hers. She may be small, but she was fierce and it was one of the many things I loved about her.

So now, after total devastation, our loving, heartfelt empath Jasper goes from grey to black and wicked our favorite dark Major comes out to play. Mwhahaha

I can't lie and you know I am just as twisted as the rest of you but this one takes the cake. The round Robbin he pulls made me squeal. I was like... wtf? No... then I laughed, yeah there I said it I laughed and I believe my exact words to myself as I read were, Oh shit now you've done it, and then another round of laughing.

I felt bad for Bella but on the other hand, Jasper had lost everything too. He lost his light, his guiding force, his world was turned upside down and there was no turning back. One of the things Izzy and I talked about after the first chapter was done, was the fact that Major here gets really dark. She was a freaid to scare readers off. Pfft... we love our Darksper's. If it scares them off then they are not true heartfelt Darksper lovers.

Now I say go read... love and leave Izzy your thoughts and love... oh and NO Haters Allowed, mkay... Thanks

Want to talk about a dark fic? OMJ...this Jasper is dark, scary and delicious. Izzy is a master at setting the scene for a twisted story. What she does in chapter one alone will blow you away. I have been hooked on this story from the first sentence, It's an amazing tale of a family torn apart. You need to read to see exactly what Jasper promises and why, but he regrets his decision immediately. Will Bella pay the price?

This is an extremely dark story, and this Jasper gives me chills. I'm anxious to see what he will do next. He's desperate and alone, and there is no telling what his next move will be. If you are looking for a Darksper that you haven't seen before, give this story a try. It's only a few chapters in, so you can jump right in. It's a fantastic read.

Summary: Bella needs help sleeping after a series of nightmares keeps her awake. She asks Jasper to help. He gets a taste of control that he hasn't had in a long time-how far will he go?

Control is 24 chapters of hot Jasper. O.o Really this was the very first fic I ever read. Of course I have been a Jasper girl from the start. *laughs*

The story starts of as cannon, with Bella and Edward after they return from Italy. Poor Bella hasn't recooperated from the trauma of the Volturi and is having nightmares... they are definelty nightmare worthy... so she makes the decision to talk to Jasper about “helping” her sleep. It takes a lot for Bella to get enough courage to ask for help. Jasper is reluctant to talk to her at first, he is afraid of hurting her and that is where the fun begins.

Poor Jasper, the boy is so conflicted... to help... to not help. What is the right choice? Can he keep her dreams away? Well sure he can but is it the right choice? This chapter is filled with all osrts of Huh's and What's but it is a great beginning. Now moving on into the story itself you see where the path they have taken leads them. Jasper's choices inturn spur Alice into talking to Charlie to let Bella spend a weekend. Now this is where things pick up.

A nightmare starts and Jasper trying something new, turns her nightmare into a dream of naughty Jasper thoughs...(I so don't blame Bella, I'd have them too... *giggles*) But it turns an innocent act into a night Jasper will never forget. What happens when he takes this a step further? Can he tell her what has happened? Can he keep it from Edward, Alice, the family?

You will have to read and see. I promise you on all my Jasper love, you will love this fic. Run don't walk to it. Just remember there is a reason for it all. Concequences for your actions and always a time for a new beginning. Read on it will be an expierence. Darksper is a dreamsper *sighs*


Here is my favorite part of chapter one: (This was the hook, line and sinker for me)

"Bella, do you really think that's a good idea? And what about Edward-didn't you talk to him about this?" I was frowning at her. She stuck out her bottom lip, looking worried.

"I think it's a good idea! The dreams come as soon as I close my eyes. So...maybe if you just put me to sleep, I could stay asleep on my own. Easy. And no-I didn't ask Edward. But he knows I've been having trouble, and I'm sure he'd be okay with it." She looked down at the floor as she spoke the last line.

"Forgive me, but if he was okay with it why did you wait until he left to approach me?" I gave her a knowing look.

"Okay, you got me there. But he's gone right now, so could we just...try?" I rolled my eyes.

"As soon as he enters the house he's going to know. He may not be able to read your mind, but he certainly can read mine."

"Oh-right. Well, if he has a problem with it he can come to me. It's not like I'm risking my life-I just want to get some sleep!" She sounded exasperated, and she really did look tired. There were bags under her eyes, her hair fell limply to her shoulders, and she was paler than normal. I think I could try, at least. If I kept myself in the doorway, I could influence her across the room, and as soon as she was asleep I could leave. Edward would be mad at first, but he'd get over it quickly once he saw that it was actually helping Bella. I sighed.

"Fine. I'll help. Let's get you into Edward's room. I'll stay near the door, and as soon as you go to sleep I'm leaving." I didn't want to sound bitter, but she just smelled so good...she danced away, smiling, all the way to Edward's room. She curled up under the covers in record time, not even bothering to change clothes. I kept my distance, and it wasn't so bad here. "Close your eyes," I commanded. I sent her an extremely powerful wave of lethergy. It worked almost instantaneously. Her body releaxed, and within minutes she was snoring. I made sure she was in a deep sleep and then turned to leave the room.

Also, READ IT!!!! Dewww ettttttt there are plenty of road bumps, surprises and a fuck hawt ending to keep you entertained. *looks serious* Would Kitten lie to you... NO!!!!

We got this in from someone a few days ago, telling us to check it out. It's only two chapters in, but it's very good. We have Jasper who sees Bella as his mate, not Edward's when she shows up in town, but no one knows it yet. He is biding his time to maker her his, but there are other things in the works too. Secrets Jasper is keeping from everyone, even Alice.

I believe the Cullen's and Bella have a big surprise coming when they find out just who Jasper Whitlock really is. He is definitely a warlord, and the way things are shaping up, he's about to prove it to everyone, while taking Bella and making her his.

Gemgem explores Jasper's dangerous side and how his power can be put to a really manipulating use.  Bella has no idea what she's in store for in this one. This fic contains dark, mature themes and isn't for the faint of heart. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I have found my little piece of heaven in a fic. Of course I love my dark characters, especially Darksper, but I also am an avid lover of femslash. It's my guilty pleasure. So when I was out and about today, searching one of the sites I just recently started using, I ran across a fic that I am all kinds of happy about. 

The Scent of Fear by  VampishVixen

Everyone leaves for the weekend and Alice has to go out for a while, leaving Bella alone with Jasper. She is very comfortable to do so, until he leads her somewhere and springs some hidden surprises on her. Yeah, shock to Bella, but boy does The Major, as he prefers to be called, make it worth Bella's wile. 

I can't say too much about the 2 chapters posted so far, as I don't want to give the surprises away, and damn people, I mean surprises. We have a little femslash laced in the second chapter, along with some more dominant Jasper, making it dark and sexy. 

This fic is currently posted on The Writer's Coffee Shop Library. There are tons of good fics over there, that i have recently discovered, so it is worth registering and checking them out. Make sure this is one of them and leave the girl some love, because she sure as hell made me happy.

Inches And Miles

Summary: The path to undying love. It was only a few inches. It was also a million miles. O/S entry in the Jasper's Darlin's "Love Bites" Valentine's Day contest. Human? Vamp? Jasper x ? Fill in your own blank. 

Inches and Miles was submitted to the Jasper's Darlin's Anon 'Love Bites' Contest recently winning, in a three way tie, the Voters Poll. It is an exceptionally well written one shot and I urge you to go and read it today! If you aren't familiar with any of Dalia907's other work, I highly suggest doing so, she's an excellent author and I love her signature depth to her writing.

Inches and Miles was written entirely in Jasper's point of view and encapsulates a moment between two lovers. Although it was written for a Valentines day themed contest, it could be set at any time of the year so don't let that put you off. The whole one shot describes one single scene, in depth, between the two lovers. It is extremely passionate and steamy, Jasper's emotions almost verging in to desperation as they wrap themselves and their emotions around one other.

The entire tone within Inches and Miles is wonderfully written and the very reason I chose this as my Darksper recommendation. I like that Jasper's actions and subsequently the sucker blow series of events at the end of the one shot remain almost entirely subtle. There is a dark shadow cast over the tone, as the reader is privy to very little information – we don't know the characters histories, or truly who they are, just how Jasper feels in this one significant moment and the air of mystery teamed with the angst kills me in the most beautiful way to read.

The overall tone of Inches and Miles gives way to a darker and more desperate Jasper. The events between the two characters change direction and new information comes to light. In true testament to Dalia907's writing style, despite the fact we don't even who the female character is or what she means to Jasper, we feel every crushing and subsequently damning emotion that runs though Jasper's mind and we feel his heart beak right along with him. Simply perfection.

Inches and Miles is incredibly heart felt and bitter-sweet ~ the overall tone is full of angst and suspense, leaving you wondering what is truly going on right up until the very last line, which of course delivers the sucker blow. I would love to see this one shot continued as I think it left on an amazing cliffhanger in it's own right, but could give purchase to a great Darksper multi-chapter as we explore some of the history and relationships we aren't ye privy to and of course, I would love to explore her Jasper more, he has such amazing depth and potential to be truly devastating and dark.

I'm flattered that my friends here at Darkest Temptations have invited me back for another guest review.  I chose to rec my all time favorite one-shot. This features Darksper, but only because he is portrayed as the Jasper he was before the Cullens.

Conflicted Soldier by Rosella Whitlock

Story Summary: A one-shot. Jasper is still part of Maria's army and he hasn’t met any of the Cullen’s. He's forced to change a young girl (Bella) into a vampire because of her unique ability to block vampire powers. Maria feels she will be the perfect addition to her army. At first, Jasper and Bella despise each other. Jasper is angry that Bella is causing his usual control over his emotions to falter. Bella is angry because he killed her, and turned her into a vampire. Despite these negative feelings, both of them also feel a connection towards each other. They feel comfortable in each other’s presence and lust for each other’s bodies, but fight those feelings because of their anger. Together they are tortured souls, each for different reasons. But what will come of these intense emotions in the end?

I am very intrigued with any fic that involves Jasper's past. There is a whole story just waiting be told, and this fic touches on that rather nicely. The author gives us a perfect interpretation of exactly who Jasper was when he was leading Maria's army. He is strong and determined, but he can also care and want. This is a creative take on what would have happened had Jasper actually stumbled upon Bella sooner. This is one of those one-shots that I find myself constantly coming back to.

Haunted

Yeah, so MaitresseSaint, who is a fellow Darlin' wrote a  new story and I'll be damned if it wasn't Darksper. She knows my little obsession with this very tasty Version of my favorite Twilight man, so I am convinced she wrote this for me, although she might disagree. 


So here we have Haunted, which is fitting if I do say so. We get to see Jasper stalking his prey and finding someone who looks like Alice of all people, to take home for the night. Well, forever really, because we all know what Darksper does to his prey when he gets them where he wants them. It is sexy and just down right fucksturbing, but right the fuck up my ally. 
We also get to see a little of why he isn't with the rest of the Cullen's and why he is alone. Could this be the reason he is wearing contacts to disguise his real eye color while looking for a random girl to sink his teeth, and other very coveted body parts (can we say sparkle peen?), into? 
Well it is one chapter in, and I am totes hooked. Run over and read it and see just how hot the girl writes. We feel in love with Unbreakable Road, but this shit is just all kinds of wicked. I say two fangs up, for this dark fic.
